FMI Sensors for Longitudinal Transport
The FMI in-line sensors of Brookhuis Micro-Electronics for longitudinal feeding makes it possible to measure wood moisture content without contact with the wood.
The FMI-IV L-type sensors measures the moisture content at a speed to 1,200 meters metres a minute and measures along the full length of the board 500 times a second.
The FMI L-type systems includes a control unit and a U-shaped feed-through sensor.
